Orlando, Florida –June 2025 In a move that signals growing consolidation in the logistics sector, Allstates WorldCargo has completed the acquisition of Seattle-based Red Arrow Logistics. The deal brings together two companies with a shared commitment to service precision, high-value shipments, and tailored freight solutions.
Founded in 2003, Red Arrow Logistics carved out a name for itself by focusing on industries where speed, care, and dependability are non-negotiable. Its clientele has included major players in aerospace, retail, electronics, and high-end consumer goods—sectors where time-sensitive deliveries are part of daily operations. Over the years, the company developed a reputation for its "white glove" approach, handling every consignment with a level of attention uncommon in traditional freight forwarding.
With the acquisition, Allstates WorldCargo, a company established in 1961, further extends its reach across the U.S., particularly in the western states where Red Arrow has a strong presence. For Allstate, the deal is not just about territory—it’s about adding depth to its capabilities. The company has long been known for its full-service offerings in air, ocean, ground, and warehouse logistics. Now, with Red Arrow in the fold, it gains a specialized edge in time-definite and mission-critical shipments.
Kendra Tanner, President and CEO of Allstates WorldCargo, called the acquisition a natural fit. “Red Arrow’s strengths align with our values—service, trust, and performance,” she said. “By joining forces, we’re better equipped to meet the evolving demands of our customers while maintaining the personalized service they expect.”
Red Arrow founder and CEO Liz Lasater also expressed optimism about the transition. She emphasized that her company’s legacy of personal attention and logistical agility will remain intact. “What we’ve built at Red Arrow is something special. Partnering with Allstates allows us to scale what we do best, without compromising the service standards our clients rely on,” she said.
Importantly, Lasater will continue in a leadership role post-acquisition, helping guide the integration process and ensuring a seamless experience for current customers. Under the agreement, Red Arrow Logistics will rebrand under the Allstates WorldCargo name, but operations will remain largely consistent during the transition.
This move reflects a broader trend in the logistics industry, where mergers and acquisitions are becoming more frequent. With growing demand for e-commerce fulfillment, faster shipping times, and better supply chain resilience, companies are looking to expand their networks and capabilities through smart acquisitions rather than organic growth alone.
For Allstate, the acquisition of Red Arrow is a strategic response to these shifting market dynamics. It adds not just another pin on the map, but new expertise, customer relationships, and operational strengths that will be key as the logistics world becomes increasingly fast-paced and customer-driven.
The combined entity is now positioned to offer clients a broader set of services—from traditional freight forwarding to specialized solutions for high-risk, high-value, and time-critical cargo. As businesses face growing pressure to move goods faster and more efficiently, such integrated services are likely to become the industry standard.
