The United States has taken a major step toward the future of warfare by starting production of high-speed combat drones at a new facility in Ohio. The plant, built by Anduril Industries, is expected to play an important role in modernizing military capabilities.
The company is preparing to produce its advanced drone called “Fury.” This drone is part of a new generation of military systems designed to work alongside human pilots. Instead of replacing fighter jets, these drones will support them by flying ahead, gathering information, and even taking part in combat when needed.
The new facility, known as Arsenal-1, represents a large investment of about $1 billion. It is located near Columbus, Ohio, and will begin operations with a few hundred workers. Over time, the company plans to expand the workforce to more than 4,000 employees, showing the scale of this project.
